Fortunately, I have followed your advice on choosing the right location in GTA area.
You have a great insight on what to choose for your client. You showed me a lovely house on the first day we met. After we have checked more than 20 houses and investigated almost all the MLS listings in that price range, I still feel the first one you choose is the best for me and now it is my home. You also helped me be able to make a right offer in time. As another offer just came 2 days before us, we barely escaped the bidding war.

Recently, I accepted a job as a Professor at the University of Toronto. Our family cannot thank and endorse Marc and Sara Battista enough for the tremendous job they did from intial contact, to receiving the keys to our new home, to much appreciated after-care. We really feel extremely fortunate to have engaged a genuine and honest professional in Marc as our realtor when we were moving to the GTA. Jumping into the GTA housing market can be quite intimidating for 1st time home buyers like us but Marc and Sara made the whole process a positive and satisfying one. Marc is 'old school' in his honesty, integrity and the value of hard work to win the trust and confidence of his clients. He's lived in the area, where we wanted to look for a home, for 20 years and coupled with his expertise in real estate and relocations, we couldn't have found a better agent. Just tell him what you are looking for and in short time, he'll educate you on the area, schools, safety, etc and a report on all of the homes that have sold recently together with what is currently available. He's already anticipated all of the hurdles for you and will shepherd you through the whole process. He's also a relocation consultant, which helps if you're moving to a new area.
Don't let their relative youth fool you. Behind the un-pretentious, down to earth disposition is a very capable, astute, tenacious and saavy agent. I was particularly impressed with his advice on the true value of the property and with the competent manner in which he negotiated the sale of our home. He knows how to get it done.
If you are buying or selling property, - especially if its your first time, you should go to Marc Battista first. Companies or Universities with relocation needs for in-coming staff would be very satisfied with Marc.
